Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Adchestra, available through adchestra.com, handles information when you visit the website or connect a Google account to the Adchestra service.

Information we store

Depending on how you use Adchestra, we store:

Information processed on demand

When you run a tool, Adchestra retrieves the requested Google marketing data and returns the result to your chosen AI agent. Adchestra does not retain report results after the request, unless information is included in a pending change preview, an audit record, or a necessary technical or security log.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate you, connect to the Google services you authorize, keep tenants separate, answer your tool requests, carry out changes you explicitly approve, maintain audit records, and secure and support Adchestra.

Google permissions

Adchestra requests permissions for the user-facing integrations it offers: Google Ads reporting and approved campaign changes; Google Analytics reporting and approved key-event changes; read-only Tag Manager and Search Console access; and Merchant Center reporting. Google currently provides no narrower read-only OAuth scope for the Merchant API, but Adchestra uses that permission only for its read-only Merchant features. Google identity and email permissions identify the signed-in user and keep each tenant separate. Adchestra does not use these permissions for unrelated purposes.

Adchestra does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Adchestra's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

When information is shared

Adchestra sends requested results to the AI agent you choose so it can show or use those results on your instructions. The selected AI provider handles the returned information under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also use infrastructure providers to host and protect the service, or disclose information when required by law. We do not share Google user data for independent advertising purposes.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials are encrypted before they are stored. Production traffic is protected with HTTPS, and stored resources are linked to the Google identity that authorized them. Access is limited to what is needed to operate and secure the service. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Retention and deletion

We keep connection data while your Adchestra subscription or connection is active. If you cancel at the end of a trial or billing period, access continues until that period ends. When Stripe confirms that the subscription has ended, Adchestra asks Google to revoke the stored authorization credential, deletes the encrypted Google access and refresh credentials and related MCP token mappings, and deletes stored Google resource records, pending changes, and action history from active systems.

We retain only the minimum account and billing state needed to prevent abuse, handle fraud and disputes, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Stripe may retain payment and invoice records under its own policies. You can revoke Adchestra directly from your Google Account at any time. To request deletion of remaining identifiable Adchestra data, email info@adchestra.com. After verifying the request, we complete deletion from active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or law. Backup copies expire through the normal backup rotation.

Website data

This public website does not use advertising cookies. The hosted service may use essential authentication and security data needed to complete sign-in and protect requests.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to info@adchestra.com.
